What do you think is the food for the ordinary people in the Philippines?! In Korea, I can say one of the examples of it is Samgyupsal(Grilled pork belly) or Gukbap(Hot soup with rice).
As you know, there are some conditions that need to be met to be called as the food for ordinary people. First, it must be cheap. Second, but it still has to fulfill one's hunger.
And third, if it's possible, it should be nutritionally balanced. Thus, I think one of the Filipino dishes that meet these conditions can be Menudo.
It's actually my favorite Filipino dish these days and I feel satisfied every time I have menudo for my meal.
So today in the video, I'm going to introduce Menudo to my fellow Korean friends and find out how they will react to Menudo, especially Pork Menudo this time.
I'm pretty sure many of you are also big fans of menudo, so let's find out together how my friends will react to it! Tara!
