Below is my eye balled measurements for 16 oz. so depending on how much you'll be making add as little or as much of the following ingredients accordingly to your personal preference: 1/3 cup cow skin 1/3 cup dried shrimp 1/2 cup shallots 1/3 cup garlic 1/3 cup lemon grass 1/3 cup galangal root 1/3 ginger 8 kaffir lime leaves 4 Tbsp. padek sauce *Lao fermented fish sauce 7 Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. concentrate cooking tamarind 2 Tbsp. MSG 6 Tbsp. Ground chili pepper 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
