"Broke da mouth" Meat Jun with Batayaki beef or any thin sliced beef, chicken or fish! 1. Start by making the sauce: 1/2 cup shoyu 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp mirin 1 tbsp sesame oil 2. Marinate thin sliced beef, chicken or fish for 30 minutes. 3. While meat is marinating prep dipping station with a bowl of beaten eggs, a bowl of flour and heat oil over medium. 4. Next make the dipping sauce: 1/3 cup shoyu 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsbp sesame oil 1 tbsp chopped green onions 1 tsp gochujang/sriracha 5. Mix well! 6. Dip marinated meat in the flour, egg, then fry. 7. Slice, dip into sauce, ENJOY!
