Hey everyone, in this week's video, my mom will be sharing with everyone her recipe on Ku Chai Kueh or 韭菜粿. A super old school and traditional Teochew recipe. For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
For this recipe, you will need:
- Skin -
150g rice flour
110g tapioca flour
400ml water
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
- Filling -
Bunch of chives
30g dried shrimps
30g Fried Lard
Some garlics
