Bahan-bahan:
2 cwn (500ml) kicap pekat manis (Cap Kipas Udang)
2 cwn (400g) gula pasir
1 cwn (200g) gula merah atau gula melaka
1/2 cwn pes cili kisar (dari 10 tangkai cili kering dan 5 tangkai cili padi)
2 inci belacan bakar
1/2 cwn air
1/2 cwn air asam jawa
4 sb petis udang
1 cwn kacang tanah (disangai)
1/4 cwn bijan (disangai)
2 sb tepung jagung
1/4 sk garam
1/2-1 cwn gula pasir (taburan akhir)

Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) sweet soy sauce (Cap Kipas Udang)
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
1 cup (200g) jaggery powder or palm sugar
1/2 cup chilli paste (made from 10 dried chilies and 5 bird's eye chilies)
2 inches roasted fermented shrimp paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tamarind juice
4 tbsp shrimp paste
1 cup peanuts (roasted)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2-1 cup granulated sugar (for final topping)
