Kubota front axle top seal, bevelled gear case seal is failing and leaking gear oil down the tire onto the floor/ground. Drain the gear oil, beat the heck out of the tie rod end, separate the axle case from the bevelled gear case to get to the seal. Replace the seal. It's time to get this fixed and have fun doing it cause we can't let this tractor die and we can't afford to take it to the dealership or to a mechanic. It comes down to you and I.
