Our Mission:
The Men of Nehemiah is a Christian organization that exists to rebuild the lives of men who have been torn apart by the effects of drug and alcohol addiction. We serve each man as he is restored to the person God created him to be, reunited with his family and his community.
We Pursue Our Mission Through

Trauma-informed Clinical Services designed to address the root causes of addiction, including individual, group, and family counseling
Biblical Discipleship
Grace-filled Biblical Discipleship that shows men their true value in Christ regardless of their past
Military Structure
A structured military environment that provides routine, discipline, and practical life skills
Powerful Worship
Powerful worship that demonstrates the restoration and power of God in a man's life
Why We Do This
When a man knows that he is loved by God and is given practical tools to address his addictions, it creates healing in every area of his life. Our goal is to return every man in our care, back to his God-ordained position as a good steward of his life, the head of his family, and a witness of hope to the world.
Program Details & Activities:
50 beds for program participants with the expectation of serving a greater number as God allows.
Daily community clean up in their neighborhood.
Weekly Worship Service for the homeless at Rehoboth Church located directly adjacent to their office.
The Men of Nehemiah travel to churches, prisons and other venues as a singing male chorus, sharing their testimonies and displaying the power of God in their lives.
Provide essential support for your family member.
The family can either be a significant source of support or a stumbling block to a loved one struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. Addiction impacts the entire family, and successful recovery requires helping both the individual and the family as a whole.
The purpose of the family program is to bring the family and the addict together to work towards a common goal of recovery for all parties.

Men of Nehemiah offers an evidence-based treatment program for men who are ready to claim back their lives from addiction. Our program is unique in that it offers clients a sense of community and discipline among other men who are also working toward recovery. Follow the admissions process below today to set up a screening to see if Men of Nehemiah is the right fit for you.
When clients are deemed a good fit for the program, they complete the initial assessment intake with a licensed therapist. The therapist will assess the client’s needs and collaborate with the client to create an individualized treatment plan.

MoN Receives Award from the City of Dallas
In the News
Recently, the City of Dallas gave a special award to Men of Nehemiah “in recognition of advocacy for second chance, individuals by providing resources” through their FreshStart Employment Program!
The goal of the FreshStart program is to advocate for individuals returning to their communities from incarceration or with non-incarceration infractions that produce barriers to stable or full-time employment.
We’re incredibly grateful to the City of Dallas for giving us this award!
