京都市中京区にある東西の通り
平安京の押小路にあたり名前の由来にもなっている
通りの西側となる二条城の南側では
片道２車線の大通りになるが
堀川通より東側では一方通行の細い道となる
御池通というメインストリートの１本北側の道で
地味な道ではあるが人通りは割とある

I ride my bike (and walk where I can't) at a leisurely pace.

Oshikoji-dori Street
An east-west street in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City.
It is named after Oshikoji in Heian-kyo, from which it takes its name.
On the west side of the street, south of Nijo Castle,
it is a two-lane main road, but east of Horikawa-dori it becomes a narrow one-way street.
It is one street north of the main street, Oike-dori,
and although it is a modest road, it is quite busy.
