How to prepare the recipe for pasta with nduja that is truly a bomb of flavor?
Let's start with the base, a cooking base with crumbled sausage in plenty of oil that adds consistency and intensity, together with the leek, to start off on the right foot. We add peeled tomatoes to form that sauce in which to melt the nduja and obtain a cream rich in flavor. We continue with that rustic touch, a handmade pasta shape that captures all the seasoning. And finally the magic: a snowfall of grated pecorino and we're off!
