Dried Apricots 250gms Boil and blend in Blender to make paste
Apricot Sweet Sauce-
Apricot Paste 1/2 of total
Sugar 1/4cup and 2tbs
Water 2cups
Apricot Spicy Sauce-
Apricot Paste 1/2 of total
Green Chilies 2
Green Coriander Leaves 1/2cup
Mint Leaves 1cup
Red Chili Flakes 1 to 1.5tsp
Salt 1.5tsp
Black Salt 1/2tsp
Use Radish for salad
