Ghee/Oil 3tbs
Onion 2 medium
Ginger Garlic Paste 1.5tbs
Salt 0.75tbs
Red Chili Flakes 1tbs
Cumin 1tbs
Coriander 1tbs
Water 4tbs
Methi Kasuri 1tbs
Green Coriander 2tbs
Green Chillies 4chopped
Wheat Flour 1kg
Water as required
Salt 1/2tbs
Ghee for Frying Parathas
