Ingredients:
X4 Lamb Shanks approx 960grams in total available at B.Nagiahs
Season with cracked black peppercorn and Salt
Olive oil
3 Diced Carrots
2 roughly Cut Onions
5 Diced Cloves of Garlic
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Rosemary
2 Tomatoes (Liquidise) + Add a tsp of sugar
Bay Leaves
1 heaped tbs of Flour
1.5 tbs of Tomato Sauce
A heaped tbs of Butter
Sprinkle of Salt
250ml of Boiling water or Stock
300 - 350ml of red wine (You can substitute red wine with red grape juice, broth/stock & a tsp of vinegar
Let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
Pop in the oven for 2 hours at 180c
