This laptop was mailed to our repair shop because we specialize exclusively in Dell and Alienware laptops. The customer ordered a battery from us and installed it using one of our YouTube videos, but after installing it, the laptop would not power on and would blink, with orange and white lights.
In this video, I am going through the entire diagnosing process and showing everything I tried before I finally could repair the laptop. This one was tricky because it ended up not being a failure of a laptop component but instead, damage caused by the customer while opening the laptop.
