Three Cat 777F dump trucks overhang two lanes as they're transported by trucks along motorways and into the Port of Southampton, UK. Also featuring additional footage of other earthmothers being hauled while we spotted trucks in Hampshire.
The Caterpillar 777F haul trucks were transported by a Scania R620, and a Scania R730, of Smiths Mechanical & Heavy Haulage. The Walters Group also assisted with a Scania 730S escorted by a Ford Transit and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. We passed a Volvo R100 being moved by West of Scotland Heavy Haulage as they sat in a layby on the way to Southampton.
Multiple quarry dump trucks and other mining equipment are being exported overseas from the UK with the closure of all coal mines, including Ffos-y-Fran in Wales.
