Ingredients: 1 Lasagna (8 portions):
For meat sauce:
• 700 ml chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce
• 1 small-sized onion (a bit of olive oil for onion)
• 100 g ground pork meat
• 100 g ground beef meat
• Salt and red chili peppers (to taste)
For Cheese:
• 100 g Parmesan cheese
• 300 g Fresh mozzarella cheese
For Béchamel Sauce:
• 400 ml milk
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 tsp of nutmeg
For Finishing:
• 50 g breadcrumbs
No-boil lasagna noodles approximately 200 g
