Erik Bowers gives us some excellent tips and instructions on how we can achieve maximum balance, stability, and speed in all conditions while sailing downwind. Erik Bowers is a former Olympic level laser sailor who has been coaching at Lauderdale Yacht Club for 3 years now. Erik has many accolades under his belt, including recently winning the 2019 Melges 14 US National Championship.
