食譜:
1.sugar 170g 白砂糖
2.water 70g g 水
3.Baking soda 8g 小蘇打粉
作法:
1.小蘇打粉先過篩備用
2.鍋內加入水再加入砂糖,將糖攪拌溶解
3.將砂糖煮滾成糖漿,溫度到達160度
4.溫度到達後立即關火,加入小蘇打粉不停攪拌
5.將焦糖漿倒入冷卻模具內,約等40分鐘到蜂窩脆脆糖涼透
6.將蜂窩脆脆糖敲碎,加在拿鐵咖啡上即可

1. Sugar 170g white granulated sugar
2. Water 70g g water
3. Baking soda 8g baking soda powder
practice:
1. Sift the baking soda powder for later use
2. Add water to the pot, then add granulated sugar, stir and dissolve the sugar
3. Boil the granulated sugar into syrup, the temperature reaches 160 degrees
4. Turn off the heat as soon as the temperature is reached, add baking soda powder and keep stirring
5. Pour the caramel syrup into the cooling mold, wait about 40 minutes until the honeycomb is crispy and the sugar cools completely
6. Crush the honeycomb crunchy sugar and add it to the coffee latte.
