Dibalik rasanya yang enak, cumi-cumi mengandung banyak manfaat, mulai dari vitamin sampai mineral yang penting untuk tubuh. Kali ini aku akan membuat sambal cumi balado menggunakan cumi asin. Resep Sambal Cumi (untuk 2 jar) Bahan: 300 gr cumi asin 5 lembar daun jeruk 1 batang serai 2 lembar daun salam 5 siung bawang putih 10 siung bawang merah 50 ml minyak 2 buah terasi 30 cabai rawit 8 cabai merah besar 1 sdt garam 2 sdt gula 1 sdt penyedap 1 buah jeruk limau Langkah: 1. Rendam cumi dengan air panas, tiriskan. Potong-potong cumi sesuai selera, cuci hingga bersih 2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis cumi dan tutup penggorengan agar cumi tidak meletup-letup. Masak hingga berubah warna, angkat dan tiriskan 3. Untuk bumbu halus. Blender bawang merah, bawang putih, dan minyak hingga halus 4. Untuk bumbu cincang. Masukkan cabai merah, cabai rawit, dan terasi ke dalam food processor. Cincang hingga halus 5. Panaskan pan bekas cumi. Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk, dan daun salam hingga wangi. Masukkan bumbu cincang dan tumis lagi hingga wangi dengan api sedang 6. Bumbui dengan garam, gula, penyedap, dan jeruk limau. Aduk rata 7. This time, I'm making a Squid Sambal using salted squid. The bouncy and soft texture of the squid is combined with the spiciness and savoriness of the Sambal. It's a great dish for spicy food lovers. Squid Sambal Recipe (yield: 2 jars) Ingredients: 300 g salted squid 5 pc Kaffir lime leaves 1 stalk lemongrass 2 pc bay leaves 5 clove garlic 10 pc shallots 50 ml oil 2 pc shrimp paste 30 pc bird's eye chili 8 pc red chili, large 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp flavor enhancers 1 pc limau lime Steps: 1. Soak the squid with hot water. Set aside. Slice the squid and rinse to clean. 2. Heat a bit of oil. Sauté the squid and place the lid on to prevent the oil from splattering. Cook until the squid changes color. Remove and set aside. 3. For the spice mix, blend the shallots, garlic, and oil together to a paste. 4. For the chopped spices, add the red chili, bird's eye chili, and shrimp paste to a food processor. Chop finely. 5. Heat the pan where you fried the squid. Sauté the spice mix, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant. Add the chopped spices and sauté until fragrant on medium heat. 6. Season with sugar, salt, flavor enhancers, and limau lime. Mix well. 8.
