Apple Tart
(Ingredients) For 1 20 cm round cake pan
500g apples
(Tart dough)
100 g flour
50g unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
10g sugar
Pinch of salt
(Almond cream)
40 g unsalted butter
40g sugar
40g egg
40g almond powder
Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C (360F).
