Layout Update - Spring 2023 | backscenes, footbridge, weathering, and new additions

I took a break from the layout over the past two months or so. I've taken several breaks from the layout over the years to ensure I don't get bored or burnt out. Despite this I have managed to make enough progress over the past few weeks to put together an update video.
