After grinding the chickpeas, we heat the oil and fry the chickpeas. We form small balls, flatten them, and fry them until they become golden in color, then remove them. After that, we let them cool completely, then grind them until they become like sand and set them aside.
We move on to preparing honey

How to prepare honey
We put the sugar, water, salt and lemon in a pan and let it boil while stirring. After the sugar dissolves, you must let it boil for 5 minutes. After this, we test the honey if it has become rubbery. This means the honey is excellent. Then add the cardamom and mix. Then add the colors saffron dye and red rice dye and mix.
Then add the chickpeas that we prepared previously and mix well. We keep stirring every five minutes for two minutes on low heat until they are cooked well. The cooking time is 30 minutes. Then after that, add the optional cashews and mix and cook and it is still hot. Good luck.
