Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, ultramarine blue, burnt umber (brown), deep yellow, fire red
Other: white chalk, palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint 1st layer of background with white, black and brown
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint 2nd layer of background with white, red, yellow, blue and brown
3. chalk - Draw outline of birds and flowers
4. #8 round brush - Paint basecoat of birds with red, yellow, brown and white
5. #8 round brush - Paint 1st layer of petals with light red (made in step 2) and white
6. #2 round brush - Paint beaks with black, brown, red, yellow and white
7. #2 round brush - Finish faces with black, brown, tan (made in step 4), light blue (made in step 2), white, yellow and red
8. #8 round brush - Paint dark areas on birds with brown, black, tan and red
9. #8 round and 1/2 inch bristle brushes - Finish feathers with tan, white, light yellow (made in step 2), red, white, light red and brown
10. #8 round brush - Finish flowers with white, light red, blue and red
11. #2 round brush - Sign with white
