The 2 nd part of Reiki my Power series contain general information on energy centers / 7 Chakras , explained by the practical knowledge of Reiki Master, Spiritual guide, Crystal healer Sri. Gopalakrishnan V. The 7 Chakras are typically the energy centers in the body through which energy runs through. Energy blockages in our 7 Chakras could often lead to disease so it is important to understand what each Chakra symbolizes and how to maintain energy flow through appropriate manner.
In the next episodes we will discuss endocrine glands associated with each of the 7 chakra, its function, Affirmations related to each of them and more as the following order :-
1)The Muladhara (root) chakra.
2)The Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.
3)The Manipura (solar plexus) chakra.
4)The Anahata(heart) chakra.
5)The Visuddhi (throat) chakra.
6) The Ajna (third eye) chakra.
7)The Sahasrara (crown) chakra.
Some of our chakras often act unpleasant , some may be over-active, or also blocked. In such cases the chakras if energy is not balanced peace, bliss and hope are lost even lead to diseases or ailments for both body and mind.
