2 stalks of scallion
1/2 cup carrots - Matchsticks cut - optional
2 to 3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil
