Learn to Update, Track, & Monitor Projects using MS Project, MS Project for Beginners Lesson 6

In this video I discuss how to update a project using MS Project. I do a quick review from the previous videos and then jump into how to set a status date, use the tracking screen, tracking Gantt and variance screen when updating. As well I discuss how to review the cost and resource cost screens with regards to cost variances.
