In this video I discuss how to update a project using MS Project. I do a quick review from the previous videos and then jump into how to set a status date, use the tracking screen, tracking Gantt and variance screen when updating. As well I discuss how to review the cost and resource cost screens with regards to cost variances. His diverse teaching disciplines include construction project management, business management, human resource management, architecture, carpentry, and brick and stone masonry. Before breaking into the academic realm, Tom acquired more than a decade of practical project-management experience, operating a mid-sized Toronto-based general contracting firm.
