Mixed Vegetable ******************* 1 kg mixed vegetables cut into large pieces 1 tsp salt or to taste 1 tabsp red chilli powder ( or to taste) 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tablespoons coriander powder 1 tablespoons chopped ginger garlic 1 medium onion sliced 2 large tomatoes 1/4 cup oil Sprinkle crushed cumin & coriander seeds on top when cooked.
