A. Marzipan (Almond Paste) / مارصبان:
- 4 cups almond flour / أربع كبايات لوز مطحون ناعم بودرة
- 3 cups icing sugar / ثلاث كبايات سكر بودرة
- 5 tbsp rose water / خمس ملاعق طعام ماء ورد
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup / نصف ملعقة كبيرة شراب الذرة
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional) / ربع.ملعقة صغيرة نكهة اللوز
- food colouring (optional) / صبغة الاكل
B. Pistachio Paste / عجينة فستق الحلبي:
- 2 cups pistachios / كبايتين فستق حلبي
- 2 cups icing sugar / كبايتين سكر بودرة
- 1 tbsp rose water / ملعقة كبيرة ماء ورد
- 1 tbsp corn syrup / ملعقة كبيرة شراب الذرة
- 5 tbsp sugar syrup / خمس ملاعق طعام قطر(شيرا)
