We change the outdated side mirror marker lights on our Toyota FJ Cruiser to modern LEDs. Unlike the common mirror light mod where just the bulb is changed to LED, we switch out the entire light assembly with a kit from Freedom Retrofits. Here's a link to the side mirror light drop-in-kit:
