【概要 Note】2021年7/18(日)、ありがとうドレミファインバータ貸切列車運行記念よりコミニュティには投稿していないサプライズ作品です。京急新1000形は、初代1000形及び700形の置き換え用として2002年より製造が開始されました。2006年までに製造された車両は車体にアルミ軽合金を採用し、2次車までが2100形と同様のシーメンス製GTO-VVVFインバータを搭載した歌う電車として活躍をしていました。何と言っても特徴的なのはドレミファソラシドーと歌いながら走り出すことですね。しかしながら、2017年よりアルミ車を対象に車体更新及び機器更新工事が開始され、徐々にシーメンス製のVVVFインバータが消えていきました。日本国内ではJR東日本の常磐線向けに導入されたE501系において同様のシーメンス製GTO-VVVFインバータが搭載されていましたが、こちらは京急新1000形よりも圧倒的に早く消滅しています。余談ではありますが、新幹線E2系0番台N編成にもシーメンス製GTO-VVVFインバータを搭載した車両がいましたが、こちらは東芝との共同製造のため歌うことはなく、また全車両が2019年までに全編成が廃車となっています。そのため、新1000形が日本で最後の歌う電車でありましたが、2021年夏、ついにその歌を歌い終えることとなりました。約20年に渡る活躍、お疲れ様でした。最後の歌う列車、車内LED式の京急車特有の京成〜と表示されないLED表示器と合わせてお楽しみ下さい。
The Keikyu N1000 was first manufactured in 2002 to replace the original 1000 and 700, and the cars manufactured up to 2006 were made of aluminum light alloy, and up to the second generation cars were equipped with Siemens GTO-VVVF inverters like the 2100. The second and third cars were equipped with Siemens GTO-VVVF inverters like the Type 2100. The most characteristic feature of the train is that it starts singing "Do re mi fa sola do". However, in 2017, the renewal work of the aluminum cars started, and the VVVF inverters made by Siemens are gradually disappearing. In Japan, the same Siemens GTO-VVVF inverter was installed in the E501 series introduced by JR East for the Joban Line, but this series disappeared much earlier than the Keikyu New 1000. As a side note, the Shinkansen E2 Series 0 N was also equipped with Siemens GTO-VVVF inverters, but since it was co-produced with Toshiba, it never sang, and the entire train was scrapped by 2019. Therefore, the N 1000 was the last singing train in Japan, but now it is finally coming to an end. Thank you for all your hard work over the past 20 years.
