Note:
Use only the white of the egg if you make it with a gram measure.
You can use the whole egg if you make it with glass measure
With glass Size:(glass Size=200 mm )
1 glass of warm milk
Half glass water warm water
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pack dry sourdough or wet sourdough
Flour (soft paste that does not stick as much as it gets)
With Gram Measure
200 ml warm milk
100 ml warm water
10 g sourdough
25 g sugar
100 g flour (first fermentation)
50 ml liquid oil
1 egg white
5 g salt
320-340 g of flour (when flour is added for the second time)
