Lemon Tart 🍰🍋

We prepare a delicious lemon tart dessert.

If you want to make a simple, delicious and successful dessert, take note of this lemon and cookie tart. It is prepared with Maria cookies, butter, gelatin and condensed milk.

Its ingredients are: 500 g of Greek yogurt, 250 g of cream cheese, 2 lemons, 150 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 150 g of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

A homemade and easy-to-make recipe that you can make at home. Recipe by Enrique Sánchez from Canal Sur, Cómetelo.

This tart has everything to become one of your favorite desserts. Its crunchy Maria cookie base, combined with a lemon cream with a smooth and delicious consistency, is a pleasure for the palate. In addition, as it looks very pretty, it is ideal to serve at any celebration or at a special dinner. You will succeed.

To make this cake, you need very few ingredients and they can all be easily found in stores. You will only need Maria biscuits and butter for the base, and condensed milk, gelatin and lemon for the filling.

When you put the biscuit dough into the mould, remember to press it down well with a fork so that it is compacted and then leave it in the fridge to harden. After the indicated time has passed, you can pour in the filling and leave it in the fridge again for about four hours. It is important to take this rest into account when preparing it. The recipe is very easy to make, but it needs time for it to set and be perfect. Once you have finished it, present it with some spiral slices of lemon and some mint leaves. Enjoy!

If you fancy making other cakes with biscuits, here are some suggestions that you will like. Try the cheese and chocolate cake or the mocha cake. And if you're looking for one that has a spectacular presentation, don't miss the flower-shaped cake.

100 grams of butter
400 milliliters of condensed milk
4 sheets of gelatin
4 lemons
Icing sugar
Mint leaves

1. Crush the biscuits
Place the biscuits in a plastic bag, close it and roll over them with a rolling pin until they are crumbled.

2. Form a paste
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add it to the crushed biscuits and mix well until you get a paste.

3. Distribute in the mould
Line the base of a round mould with this paste and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes until it is compact.

3. Distribute in the mould

4. Prepare the lemons
Wash the lemons and dry them. Grate the peel of one very finely, squeeze two and filter the juice.

5. Hydrate the gelatin
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water and let them hydrate. Then, drain them, squeezing them lightly, and put them in a container with a little of the hot lemon juice. Stir for a few minutes until both ingredients dissolve.

6. Mix the ingredients
Place the condensed milk and the remaining lemon juice in a bowl. Add the lemon zest and gelatin, and mix well.

7. Pour the batter
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the lemon and condensed milk batter. Let the cake set for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.

8. Decorate and serve
Cut some thin slices from the remaining lemon and make a cut from the center to the edge. Arrange them on the cake, shaping them in a spiral. Serve with the washed mint leaves and icing sugar.
