Leo Petrov is a Nuka-Agent. A lite-ally added with Season 11, he provides handy buffs but also has hidden dialogue that can be unlocked by completing six different side quests. In this video I will be showing how to unlock all his dialogue and finding evidence to suggest he may be linked to Sierra Petrovita from Fallout 3/4!
