私たちは、【アヴィズ、エペルネー、ランス、ヴィルヴナール】に訪問しました。
宿泊先は、中々手に入らないというシャンパーニュ界のカリスマ的存在の
「ジャック・セロス」のメゾンにある、ホテル【Les Avisés】。
各お部屋の名前は各国の「乾杯」の言葉が設定されています。
私たちは、折角なのでフランス語の「Tchin!」のお部屋で宿泊しました！
また、アヴィズ以外でも、リッツカールトン東京のシャンパンを作られていた【Champagne Nominé Renard】や、
【Ruinart】、【Taittinger】などのシャンパンメゾンのカーヴ見学や、
ランスの大聖堂やレストランを訪れましたので、
