It doesn’t matter how often we train our horse or how hard we train our horse, if we do not work them to the point that they get tired, we are wasting our time. You cannot make a good horse without wet saddle blankets. The same is true for our children. Many emotional and mental problems that children have can often be solved with happy physical exertion. And, of course, the same thing goes for us.
