“I’m too old for this sh*t!" Today we are watching Lethal Weapon (1987) for the first time. Lethal Weapon is directed by Richard Donner and stars Mel Gibson, Danny Glover, and Gary Busey. Two detectives Riggs (Gibson) and Murtaugh are forced to work with each other on a case.
Riggs, a loose-cannon with a death wish, is mourning the loss of his wife. Meanwhile Murtaugh, a beloved family man, can’t get over the fact that he’s 50 years old now. These two detectives are seemingly complete opposites and don’t get along with each other. However, as their case progresses, their partnership strengths and they ultimately become quite the tag-team.
