Do you have loads of left over poly-burlap and/or deco mesh lying around? This video will show you how I used some of my remaining rolls of pink & gray poly-burlap, along with some plaid deco mesh fused with fabric mesh, to make a beautiful 14" diameter lollipop wreath.
