Italian Beef:
4-5 lbs lean beef chunks
2-3 T Italian Salad Dressing Mix (like this: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/25171/italian-dressing-mix/)
16 oz chopped pepperoncinis, including pickling liquid
Mix all ingredients together. Pack jars to 1" headspace for solids. Divide liquid, but do not take liquid to 1" headspace. Process pints and half pints for 75 minutes in pressure canner. Process Quarts for 90 minutes in pressure canner.
