乾木耳 7克
冬荀 1個
豬柳肉 200克
蛋 2隻
薑絲 4-5片
熱水 2公升
紹興酒 1湯匙
生粉 3-4湯匙加水10湯匙開勻
醃料:
李錦記特級鮮味生抽 2茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
李錦記純正芝麻油 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
調味:

李錦記香醋 4-5湯匙

Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 block Soft tofu
½ box Duck blood
7 g dry fungus
1 bamboo shoots
200g Pork tenderloin
2 Eggs
4-5 slices ginger
2L Hot water:
Shaoxing wine:
3-4tbsp potato starch mixed with 10tbsp water
Marinade:
2tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce:
1tsp Potato starch
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
2tbsp Water
Seasonings:
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
4-5tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar:
1-2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chaozhou Chili Oil:
2tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce:
2tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
2tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder
White pepper powder (to taste)
Chopped green onions (to taste)
