I’ve repetitively been lying to myself throughout my recovery and before I fully committed to it. In this video, I share with you some of the lies I told myself which only held me back to reach the point I am today. I’m aware it’s a bit long but I simply couldn’t cut it any shorter without explaining myself as I wanted to. I sincerely hope you found it helpful to listen to my advice, thoughts and perspective on such sensitive topics as these. Remember, you should always seek professional help if you’re struggling. This is only some of the lies I told myself during my recovery and I’d like to share even more with you, if you find it helpful.
