Wow! What an unintentional month off of YouTube... I have missed y'all dearly and am SO happy to be back. Lots of rest, healing, and growth have taken place over the past weeks here and I am so thankful! God has been more than good! WHITE CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE (no measurements as I cook by heart)
For the chicken...
olive oil & season with onion powder, garlic powder, basil, salt, oregano
For the sauce...
*low heat* butter, heavy cream, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, parmesan cheese, Italian cheese blend
Toppings
green pepper, onion, & mushrooms lightly sautéed in olive oil
PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
Homemade Pizza
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
Mix & let sit for 5 mins until foamy
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Add to yeast mixture and mix until smooth
Transfer to bowl with olive oil. Cover dough for 30 mins- 1 hour to rise
Roll out onto pan & add desired toppings
Preheat oven 475 degrees
Bake 10-15 mins depending on thickness of crust
(I prebake my crust for 5-7 mins before adding toppings if in cast iron)
