Light Bicycle made my Extralite wheels heavier, but that's okay.... right?

So the time has come to part ways with my favorite wheels of all time... well part of them. The rims have been replaced by something from Light Bicycle and while I wanted to keep the weight, I had to sacrifice a few grams to what I hope will keep my wheels spinning a bit longer.
