Please arrive 5 minutes early and get settled.
Use the Lightness Meditation technique:
— Sit comfortably, relax and close your eyes.
— Begin with the idea that there is a peaceful lightness in your heart, and then let go.
— Do not try to direct your mind anywhere. Simply let go.
— As stray thoughts enter your mind, simply ignore them. If you have lots of thoughts, gently return to the idea of peaceful lightness in your heart.
— Over time you will progressively feel lighter and lighter.
— Meditate until you hear the ring of the singing bowl. Then take 3-4 minutes to come out of it slowly.
