Lilac Hill Garden Winter Interest, Exciting Projects for 2025!

With a little research any garden can have winter interest. I have a few plants for structure and winter interest including some that are scented. One of the best scented winter plants is the winter flowering box or Sarcococca. I have 4 in the garden and they fill the air with a lovely perfume. Other scented winter bloomers are daphne odora and vibernum bodnantense. I also really want to get a hamamelis or witch hazel too as I have never had one in my previous gardens. Winter is defiantly a season I plan to make more and more interesting in the future.
