If the consciousness that's your essential nature is limitless, why do you feel like an embodied individual? Such experiences are deceptive. The practice of Vedantic contemplation - nididhyasana - addresses this problem.
When you watch the sunset, the sun is actually stationary while the horizon moves upwards. This experience is deceptive. For this reason, in spite of the limited experience your own body, the consciousness by which you experience it is actually limitless.
To remove habitual identification with the physical body, nididhyasana (Vedantic contemplation) is prescribed. In this session, Swamiji guides us in meditation to counteract the feeling of being embodied with the feeling of limitlessness.
