Chasing Whitetail bucks on the great plains can be some of the most fun you can have with a bow in hand. However, these deer don’t live in easy places. Sometimes it’s desolate, cold, and unforgiving. This buck lived many years and endured blizzards, drought, and serious injury. I’m thankful I got to see him do it.
