For Litti -
Dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cup / 250 gm
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 TSP
Milk - 1 cup / 250 ml.
Sattu Stuffing preparation:
Sattu (roasted gram flour) - 100 gm
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Garlic - 5 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 TSP
Nigella seeds / kalongi - 1/4 TSP
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper - 1 TSP
Any pickle masala - 1 TSP
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Baingan Aloo Tamatar Chokha :
Brinjal - 1
Tomato - 3
Boiled potato - 2
Green chilli - 4
Garlic - 4 cloves
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Any pickle masala - 1/2 TSP
