Ingredients :
For Litti :-
Dough:
Wheat flour - 2 cups ( 250 GM )
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 TSP
Water as required
Carom seeds - 1/2 TSP
Stuffing preparation:
Sattu ( roasted gram flour ) - 1 cup ( 150 GM )
Onion - 1 medium size
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green Chilli - 2 to 3
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Carom seeds - 1/4 TSP
Kalongi / black cumin - 1/4 TSP
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 TSP
Salt to taste
Any pickle masala - 2 TSP
Water - 2 TSP
Chokha for Litti:
Brinjal - 1 big size
Tomato - 3 medium size
Potato - 4 small size
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Onion - 1 small size
Green Chilli - 2
Chopped fresh Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
