RECIPE: MILLEFEUGLIE CAKE

FOR THE BSASE
2 rolls of rectangular puff pastry
powdered sugar

For the custard
1 egg
50 g sugar
25 g corn starch
vanilla flavour
250 ml milk
peel of half a lemon
500 ml fresh cream
