The project is a client quilt in sweet 30s reproduction fabrics. The quilting will be free motion, something floral, and edge to edge, meaning the same design overlaying the entire quilt.
Planned topics include
- loading with my super quick method
- assessing some less-than-flat qualities, and ways to cope with them
- quilting design choices (the client gave some distinct preferences)
- and, of course, the actual quilting
Note: Since the episode I've heard from viewer about the name of the block, and the internet agrees, it's know as DOUBLE WINDMILL and/or DOUBLE PINWHEEL. There are multiple patterns available for both block and various quilts; here's one:
