From the concert "Finalist" held at Kosei-Nenkin Kaikan on March 29, 2010. the song is from Chiharu Matsuyama's second single collection "Kisyo-tenketsu [introduction, development, turn and conclusion] II (1981)" released on November 21, 1981.
